Acceptance of Terms — Please Read & Understand
By accessing the ac65 platform or creating an account, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms and Conditions. This agreement constitutes a legally binding document between you and the entity operating ac65. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws and jurisdiction of Bangladesh. ac65 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. For significant changes, we will endeavor to notify members via their registered email or through platform notifications. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page.
Important: This platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. Minors are strictly prohibited from using ac65. Providing false information to bypass the age verification process will result in permanent account closure.
Account Registration & Security
To register with ac65, you must provide truthful and accurate information. Each person is allowed only one account — if multiple accounts are found under the same name, device, or IP address, all of them will be closed and the associated balances may be voided. The name, date of birth, and contact details you provide at registration must match your national ID or passport.
Keeping your account password and login credentials secure is entirely your responsibility. ac65 will never ask you for your password or OTP — if anyone requests this information, it may be a fraud attempt. If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorization, contact the support team immediately and change your password. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
Verification Process (KYC)
As part of our security and compliance obligations, ac65 may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. This may require you to submit a copy of your national ID, driving licence, or passport, along with proof of address. Withdrawal access may be restricted until verification is complete. Submitting false documents is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
By using the ac65 platform, you agree not to engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity. Betting and gaming are for entertainment purposes only — they should not be treated as a source of income. You may only place bets from your own account and on your own behalf; placing bets on behalf of a third party or using another person's funds is strictly prohibited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:
- Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account
- Abusing bonuses or promotional offers (bonus abuse)
- Attempting to manipulate outcomes or participating in match fixing
- Attempting to hack or make unauthorized modifications to the platform's software
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions
- Threats, harassment, or misconduct toward other members or staff
If ac65 detects any suspicious activity, it reserves the right to conduct an investigation without notice and temporarily suspend the account in question. If irregularities are confirmed, winnings may be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.

All financial transactions on ac65 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name — transactions from third-party cards, mobile banking accounts, or bank accounts are not accepted. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the platform and are subject to change.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, though this may take longer during verification. Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to the applicable wagering requirements — each bonus carries its own terms. ac65 reserves the right to reclaim any funds credited to your account in error due to a technical fault.
Fraudulent Transaction Policy
If a chargeback or payment dispute is raised, ac65 reserves the right to investigate the associated account and suspend it if necessary. Suspicious transactions may be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. ac65 securely retains records of all transactions and is obligated to produce them as required by applicable law.

All content on the ac65 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and audio-visual elements — is fully protected under intellectual property law. No content may be reused, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without ac65's prior written consent. By using the platform, you are granted a limited, non-transferable licence for personal and non-commercial use only.

The ac65 platform integrates services from third-party game providers and payment processors. These third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which are outside ac65's control. ac65 accepts no responsibility for the quality, security, or availability of any third-party service. Account Suspension, Closure & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Ac65 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account where a breach of these Terms & Conditions is identified. Members will generally be notified by email prior to suspension, though immediate action may be taken without prior notice in cases of serious violations. Any legitimate balance remaining in a permanently closed account may be returned following verification, but bonuses or winnings obtained through rule violations will be forfeited. If you wish to appeal an account closure, you may do so through the support team.
Members may also request to close their account at any time. As part of responsible gaming, a self-exclusion option is available, allowing you to restrict your access to the platform for a specified period.
